We understand that plans can change. Our refund and rescheduling policy is designed to be fair and flexible for our clients while respecting our team’s time and resources.

1. Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled slot are eligible for a 100% refund.

• Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before your session are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your session once if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

• Same-day reschedule requests may not be accommodated and will be treated as a cancellation.

3. No-shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled session without any prior notice, your booking will be marked as a no-show and is non-refundable.

4. Studio Cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel your session (e.g., due to technical issues or emergencies), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
